1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing takes 5-10 Business days I may be sooner for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days.
Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.
International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.
All Packages Delivery is with the UPS and USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday
2. When will my tracking number start to update?
After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email from Lamour Hair, Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. 3. Can I make changes to my order?
To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
If you submitted a chargeback without properly contacting us prior to submitting this accusation to your bank so that we can have a chance to properly help you, we will handle all matters in small claims court. All fees associated with the lawsuit and the cost we encountered due to the chargeback will be the responsibility of the customer. BY LAW Fraudulent chargebacks are seen as a form of fraud. Merchants such as Lamour Hair can take customers who abuse chargebacks to court, and most jurisdictions will pursue criminal charges against those customers.
