Thank You for ordering with Lamour Hair!
WE ASK YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT. IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF AND IT'S ONLY SHOWING YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION.
Please allow us 10-15 business days for handling (packaging).
Shipping should take 2-5 business days for West Coast and 1-3 business days for East Coast. If for some reason, your package is delayed, please send us an email at info@lamourhair.salon with your order # and we will try our best to help you with any issues.
LAMOUR HAIR is not responsible for lost packages. Once an order has left LAMOUR HAIR, it will become the delivery carrier's responsibility. Please contact your carrier to initiate a claims report to either locate or reimburse for your lost/stolen package.
Please double check your spam folder for order confirmations and updates if you do not receive it in your inbox. Please also confirm that our email is in your address book to prevent it from going to spam in the future!
1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing takes 10-15 Business days I may be sooner for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday not including holidays. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)
Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.
International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.
All Packages Delivery is with the UPS and USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday
2. When will my tracking number start to update?
After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email from Lamour Hair, Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service at: Info@lamourhair.salon
3. Can I make changes to my order?
To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
